About Soulwork

People and profit are not mutually exclusive priorities.

For too long, organizations have been tricked into thinking people and profits are separate pillars—the reality is that they’re intricately connected. There are powerful actions organizations can take, beyond performative work, to put their people first and move their systems forward. Those actions are rooted in soulwork.

Soulwork is the effort composed of vulnerability and a willingness to look within. By working through discomfort and reconnecting with compassion, we bring humanity back into business. When you take the necessary steps to create workspaces composed of authenticity, belonging and equity, your employees thrive in their personal and professional lives. Here at Soulwork Alliance, we are committed to helping your employees become more engaged, and your organization become a catalyst for change.

“And once you realize that you can do something, it would be difficult to live with yourself if you didn’t do it.”

- James Baldwin
